of the port city of Durban. Altitude 600m above sea level. My interest is in
VHF/UHF weak signal, EME and satellite communications. Main modes of operation
include SSB and WSJT.

EME Station:
The 70cm antenna system is two M2 432-9wl with approx 20dBd. Home brew linear uses 2 x GI7B triodes (under construction). Pre Amp uses FHX35 with 0.5dB NF. The phasing harness is fabricated from Shuner 1/2 inch hard line and the feed from the shack to the power splitter is 7/8 Shuner hard line.
The 23cm antenna is a 3.7m KTI mesh Dish with a Septum feed. Fd ratio 0.4 Preamp By LNA Tech SSA1296 has ATF36077 and ATF33143 PHEMPT 32.5dB gain and 0.4dB NF The feed from the shack to the dish is 7/8 Shuner hard line.
2m EME: Smallest stations worked < 10Kw ERP
HF and 6m:
The 6m antenna is a 7 element M2 Yagi (6m7) 18m above the ground. Home brew Linear amp uses a single 4CX1500B.
The HF antenna is a three element tribander (TH3 junior) 12m above the ground. Linear Amp is a ETO Alpha 76CA.
A KT34XA 6 element HF tribander is currenty being refurbished and will replace the TH3 once completed .
